These are so big that if you are under a 33 inch waist you do not need masking tape to tape them on, they tape on their own and hold. However I need to state that everybody is a different fit, it will fit some under a 33 waist or it will not. It all depends on your rise. You just gently pre-stretch them. The Huggies Little Movers Size 8s are a joke and the Huggies Snug and Dry Size 8's fit a bit better. These fit much better than the Huggies Size 8. The biggest Size 8 diapers I ever seen that will fit around the waist. Fits even better than the German Pampers Baby Dry Size 8s with stretchy sides.
